Containers
A very fast and flexible way of getting usable space on site without waiting for delivery / building process, is to order prefabricated containers or modules.
Normally this gives a usable space same day as delivered. A container is usable as a complete little house with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, everything in a 2,4x6mtr container. Easy and reasonable priced. The size of a single container can be 6-12 mtr long, but is normally 2,44 mtr wide. If you connect two of them , it will be a size of up to 4,88x12 mtr (55sqmtr).
Normally , a container has included electric 240/380v and hot/cold water with a fast exterior connection. It has termic isolation, doors, windows and in some cases it can be delivered with complete interior of furniture.
Models can be simple steel / wood or a very high end designer models with transparent areas and high finish.
